Terms and Conditions

These terms explain the use of your SakuMaju account, applications, offers, payments and customer responsibilities.

1. Scope

By creating an account or submitting an application, you agree to use SakuMaju under these terms and applicable Malaysian law.

2. Eligibility and account

You must provide a verifiable mobile number, protect your password and keep all submitted information complete, accurate and current.

3. Application and review

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. We may perform identity, fraud, affordability and manual checks before making a decision.

4. Offer and acceptance

The approved amount, charges, term and total repayment will appear in the offer. A revised offer may require customer acceptance before funds are released, according to the operating setting.

5. Release and repayment

Funds are released only after a successful payment record. You are responsible for paying the outstanding amount by its due date through an available payment method.

6. Charges and overdue accounts

Applicable charges must be displayed or communicated. Late payment may cause the account to be marked overdue and become subject to permitted collection activity.

7. Identity and security

Identity-card and facial recordings may be used for automated checks and human review. You must not use another person's documents or identity.

8. Communications

You permit service messages about OTPs, decisions, payments, reminders and security to be sent through the contact channels you provide.

9. Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve or change the service. Material term changes will be published under a new version and effective date.

10. Law and enquiries

These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Use an official SakuMaju support channel for enquiries, complaints or a copy of these terms.
